Waterloo Public Library is now permanently fine free

We are excited to announce that Waterloo Public Library is now permanently fine free! This means that customers will no longer be charged overdue fines. By removing financial barriers like overdue fines, our goal is to make it easier for everyone to access library services.

Surprise Me! Bundles for Adults are special orders of hand-selected books and DVDs. One bundle of books or DVDs has up to 5 specially selected titles for every taste. You can even select themed bundles!

To order a bundle for adults, simply complete the online form. You’ll be notified via email when your bundle is ready for pick up.
