Waterloo Public Library is excited to be a part of a new community art initiative, From Behind the Mask.
From Behind the Mask organizers are creating a community quilt based on the form of a mask. They created the initiative "... to come together - while apart - and make something that will remain as a memorial, acknowledge inequality, and act as a starting point for healing."

We have two exciting new additions to our Children's collections!
Vox Books are an updated version of a classic readalong. But, instead of a book and CD combo, the picturebook and audio is all-in-one. Pause, play, flip the page or adjust the volume through the built-in controller. Each picturebook can be listened to through the books speaker, or through headphones. Whether you’re in the mood for laugh or a bedtime winddown, we have just the book for you with more than 120 Vox Books available between our Main Library and John M. Harper Branch.
