OneList Waterloo Region is a web-based program, where parents/guardians apply for licensed child care in Waterloo Region (including centre-based, home-based, and before and after school programs). Licensed Child Care Operators receive the applications and they continue with the registration and enrollment process, when they have a space for your child.
